Hi, I’m Santosh Nagarajan, a Vancouver-based designer currently working as a Senior UX/UI designer focused on shaping complex digital products into clear, intuitive experiences.

With 10+ years of experience across telecom, fintech, healthcare, wearables, and consumer technology, I’ve worked across startups, agencies, and enterprise teams including Verizon, Publicis Sapient, Titan, and Tata Elxsi. My work sits at the intersection of product thinking, systems design, and execution, leading initiatives from early discovery through interaction design, interface systems, and delivery.

I hold a Master’s in Design from the National Institute of Design (NID), India, and bring a hands-on approach to leadership: aligning teams, simplifying complexity, and creating experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities at scale.

I’m especially drawn to projects where thoughtful design can improve clarity, trust, and usability across high-impact workflows, whether in enterprise platforms, consumer products, or fast-moving digital experiences.

Outside of work, I draw inspiration from Vancouver’s art galleries, the outdoors, and the quiet details of everyday experiences, influences that continue to shape how I think about craft, clarity, and design.
